The Lerdahl Business Interiors –
Construction Division Project Team consists of a Director of Business
Development, Project Manager, and Construction Foreman. As a team they
collaborate to provide the customer with a consistently high quality product
and solution that meets the customer’s satisfaction and deadline.
The Director of Business Development will work with you to help define your
goals and objectives for your construction project and remain a part of the
project from start to finish. The Director of Business Development works
closely with the Project Manager and Construction Foreman from the very start
to the finish of the project, to ensure the highest level of quality and
service.
The Project Manager is the main expediter of project details from monitoring
pricing and order entry to job scheduling and coordination. The Project Manager
works closely with the customer to ensure consistent communication of the
construction project details and day to day activities.
The Construction Foreman is the on-site point person for each construction
project that Lerdahl Business Interiors undertakes. He manages the day-to-day
on-site project responsibilities of coordinating Lerdahl leads and installers
and other sub-contracted personnel ensuring quality execution of
project details.
