No matter what kind of diet plans you’re on, there are a few basic principals that benefit everyone. These are common sense, but a lot of the time a diet plan will go against these rules and tell you to do something crazy. Don’t be fooled just because the idea looks interesting, any diet plan that tells you to go against basic human anatomy is wrong. First of all, you should eat regularly. 3 meals a day is a good start, although there are some of us that can function pretty well with only 2. Any plan that tells you to eat once, or not eat at all for certain days is only telling you how to commit suicide. You should never binge on any sort of food either. This is unhealthy and will cause your body to reject it in the future. It’s almost the same as not eating at all.
